As the Christmas break comes to a painful end, I would like to greet everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Okay, I was exaggerating when i said 'painful' but I guess so coz because we have to say goodbye to those late night sleeps, partying, and just doing nothing. In lieu of these, we have to say hello to those exam results and those new lessons on Ethics, Projectile Motion and more Theorems! okay, just hearing them said gives me the headache!
Oh well, i guess I would have to spend my remaining two days doing something worthwhile (sleeping counts!) :D
- Dec 23 - Start of vacation; just chilling out at home
- Dec 24 - Went to lola and cousin's place in Marikina and slept overnight to celebrate Christmas with the Guerrero's
- Dec 25 - Went to lola and cousin's place in Makati; Had Christmas lunch with the Hugo's; Packed clothes for our Tagaytay trip
- Dec 26 - Arrived in our Tagaytay Southridge resthouse for a much needed break from the busy Metro Manila streets
- Dec 26 - Jan 1 - Spent almost a week in Tagaytay; it was super cold, the wind was very chilly and i had never experienced that cold since i was in Baguio a few years back! grabe the wind was so cold that we had to wear undershirts, longsleeves, wool sweaters, and caps to cover our ice cold ears. i swear it was THAT cold! Played around with our neighbors, Ate Kaye and Kevin. It was really great! i missed it!!
- Jan 1 - New Year in Tagaytay was memorable because it was really cold and chilly. i was wearing 3 layers of jackets, a cap and a hood! and we weren't really prepared for the cold weather because when we go to Tagaytay in the past months, it wasn't cold, so we didnt bring any heavy jackets nor bonnets. good thing we left some of them there in our resthouse. brr! i spent the New Year in darkness, well, some idiot fired a firework at a nearby electric post, and down goes the electricity. we finally got our lights 4am on Jan 1, but the fireworks gave us some eye candy during the "darkness". haha.
That's about it. how about you guys, how was your Christmas - New Year break?

Hallooooo people of the world. Just posting something just so this journal wouldn't go to such waste, and whee! lookie! ive got a new layie! haha. and i don't even know why i picked this layout...
i tell you, this isn't even what im experiencing right now, just really got struck by the picture above (the MY HEART BEFORE AND AFTER picture) haha. that was just really funny, but i do hope that I wont EVER experience that (haha, come'on, in this world, everything is possible) :D

A lot has happened during the past 2 months or so (i mean a LOT)...
August has bee a very tough month for all of us, Juniors, I mean. Here are some of the things we did at that time:
- I had to sponsor at a baptism (yeah, Im a Ninang again! :D)
- I had to attend review classes for my Chemistry Challenge (haha, imagine that!)
- I had to go and represent Zobel at the 7th annual Chemistry Challenge held at the prestigious Yuchengco Building at DLSU-Taft (wow. it really is a wonderful school!) and I went with fellow contestant, Kat Angeles, and Coach Ms. Rafon! We also received moral support from my adviser, Mr. Malveda, haha, it was really fun! what an experience! we went around the Manila area and discovered so many things! wow! talk about having a great experience!
- I had to attend dinner with my parents with the Perlas family and Mr. Ronald Holmes, Bro. Armin, and some top people at the school to commemorate Francis Perlas and his scholarship grant.
- We practiced (for like what...2 days?) and WON (wow, imagine our surprise!) the Filipino interpretative dance contest!!! whoa. everything is really possible!
- and of course, who could forget the English film shooting?
- and yeah, we also had to study for the Finals! (Great.)
September...to tell you the truth, i was really surprised at how this month came by so quickly!
- Well, we finally had the Final 1st term exams
- I got hooked on the "DVD's-of-American-TV-Shows" craze and discovered 2 new fascinating series: House MD and Without a Trace
- Got results of the exams
- Heard we were having the LCLE thing. (*groan*)
- Got our report cards
- Film editing (which extremely hassled everyone especially Sam, our director)
- and especially...MY MOM's birthday (which is today.) :D

homework, projects, quizzes, a chemistry review to attend to, the philosophy project, the ASP computer/the project, the FILIPINO thing, and THE FILMING OF THE ENGLISH MOVIE.
well, that's just about it.
now, aren't you starting to love junior year?
*PS. I'm writing this SARCASTIC entry just to vent out my frustrations. ahha.

Thursday, July 20, 2006 was an ordinary day for me. Same 'ol classes, same 'ol subjects, and same 'ol routine....UNTIL I made a major blunder.
Well, lets just say that I went to the comfort room to answer nature's call. The trip going there was uneventful, monotonous, and boring (c'mon, it was a class hour and of course everyone would be in class). But the trip going back was embarrasing...in a way, memorable. ( ",)
There, I was walking through the Juniors' corridor and as usual, coming from the comfort room, I went inside my classroom and put back the hall pass back in their respective slots in the door.
I was getting ready to sit down, when I saw a different teacher (mind you, we were having Filipino class with Ms. Caldo), Sir Sabilano, to be more precise.
'...hmmm, he must have announced something in class...' I thought.
Then out of the blue, I saw different students not in my class.
'Okay....this is wierd' I thought.
Then probably 3 or more people in the classroom shouted
"Lari!!! Wrong classroom!!!"
"Oh my God!!! Im so sorry!! Im so sorry!!!!"
I left JUNIOR - E's classroom in a FRENZY.
As I went out, I heard the Junior E students clapping. Oh my, that was embarrasing.
As I ran towards MY REAL CLASSROOM, Sir Sabs peeked through the JE door and asked, "Lari, are you okay?"
"Im okay sir! I just....umm...yeaH!"

Congrats to Mrs. Marlene Delfin (our Freshmen Filipino teacher), Mr. Dennis Patino (our Freshmen and Sophomore Computer teacher), Sir John Lontoc (Our PE teacher), Mr. Edmon Viroomal (YEAH! Our Sophomore English teacher and my adviser last year!!! GO sir!!), and of course Mr. Lucky Malveda (Our Junior Economics teacher and yeah, our adviser!!!! GO SIR!!!) for being the best and outstanding teachers that they can be in La Salle :D
Yeah! These teachers deserve it! wow. todo na to!!! ahhaha.

What would you do if you had the privilege of contacting one of your most idolized and most adored characters in the USA Hollywood TV scene? hmmm....MAN. I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO CONTACT THEM!!!
Well, let's just say i ALREADY DID. In fact, i sent this actor a letter and my picture containing ALL of my praises for him. Well, i sent the letter May 2005 (yeah, more than a year ago) and I damned near died waiting for the AUTOGRAPHED PICTURE.
Well, let's just also say i didn't expect for it to come coz I mailed it 2005, and its like 2006 already. I wasn't really expecting it to arrive, EVER.
But when my parents picked me up from school TODAY, they gave me an envelope, a big brown one and I asked my self, "hmmm....what's this and who's this from?!"
My heart thumped and BOOM! I SAW AN AUTOGRAPHED PICTURE (as in in real pentel pen, unlike the ones Daniel Radcliffe[harry potter] sent to me, those were just printed autograph pictures, unlike the REAL handwritten one this particular actor sent sent!!!) AND a personalized letter addressed to ME!!
OMG, he was really apologetic for not being able to write that soon coz ' "Greg" has been really busy with the field and such'. He said that Season 6 just wrapped up there in US and he's planning to enjoy his vacation with his dog, DAX, (AWWWWW HOW CUTE!!!)
WHEW. As you can feel it, Im sooooo excited!!!
OMG, i just cant contain myself!!!
Wanna know who this guy is?
Well, not many of you know him, but let's just say he's a lab-guy-turned-CSI on the hit show CSI:CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION. None other than, Eric Szmanda the one who plays Greg Sanders on CSI. :) (PS. He's My ICON right now)
WOW. Some Dreams Do Come True Huh? Wow.

Sunday, 7:30 pm, the Disney Channel Original Movie High School Musical begins it's premiere here in Disney Channel Asia.
oh man, first time i saw the commercial, i didn't really take notice and just simply shrugged it off. but when i saw Zach Efron, oh man, my eyes melted, as well as my heart. his cutie-pie face, coupled with his cutie-pie voice, oh! it just touched my achy-breaky-heart (well, not that i've broken my heart!!! ;))
well, of course, i watched it, and wow, i just really felt good watching it, besides seeing cute faces. haha.
now, ive got my eyes on the soundtrack.... *psst, thanks klar!!!*

Wow. Last night's finale rocked. OMG. WONDERFUL FINALE!!!
my god. whew. wow. sheesh. you see? im out of breath from going in and out of my room from taping the AI Finale without those damn commercials 
haha. well, as you all know, TAYLOR is IDOL (*well, i knew that he would win, just my hunch  ), but then, i would still vouch for kat any other day!!! . haha. well, SOUL PATROL vs MCPHEEVER was a great season finale and wow, did ace look hot tonight!!!!
PS> SORRY guys for not posting in at least a week, man, our PHONE WAS WRECKED = NO INTERNET. man....
i saw kat and taylor being interviewed in Fox News and Kat was bringin in the vibe like she didn't lose!!! (man, that's MY IDOL ) she was a great sport and was supportive of taylor! and that's good, they both have ford mustang's

hello guys. i have been quite busy this summer, due to my violin classes, my favorite TV shows (ooh, Simpsons,Pokemon [yeah, the FEVER IS BACK!!],American Idol, and of course, CSI :D), and my trusty connection (albeit the dial-up system) to the internet!
and go to this site(http://www.cbs.com/primetime/csi/diner/), holds the clues to final 2 episodes of CSI season 6 in the US. darn it.
basing from last night's episode (IN AMERICA I MEAN) i know who gets shot, and it's BRASS. darn it. they CANT kill BRASS OFF!??!?! BANG BANG (the epi title) ends with brass getting shot because he protected a woman from getting hit by a bullet. Grissom has to make the LIFE OR DEATH decision for brass.
"the doctors might be able to save Brass's life if they remove the bullet, but in the process he could bleed out or have a stroke. The other option, not doing the surgery, might cause the bullet to migrate into his artery and also a stroke. The surgeon tells Grissom he has a decision to make, but his choice might ultimately end up killing his best friend." ---> CSI FILES
